Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Disclaimer
By enrolling in or participating in any membership, class, personal training, or service offered by NinjaBear NYC, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

Notice Requirement
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing no less than thirty (30) days prior to the intended cancellation date. Written notice must be sent via email to info@ninjabearnyc.com or delivered in writing to NinjaBear NYC. Verbal notices, in-person requests, or informal communications will not be accepted.

Final Payment Obligation
All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to the processing of any cancellation. If a cancellation request is submitted within the thirty (30) day notice period, one final payment may be charged, and the participant expressly authorizes NinjaBear NYC to process this final payment.

Effective Date of Cancellation
A cancellation is considered effective only once written notice has been received and all required payments have been satisfied.

No Retroactive Cancellations or Refunds
NinjaBear NYC does not offer retroactive cancellations, refunds, or credits for unused services, missed sessions, or partial billing periods.
